But how do you find time for yourself in an ever-busy life? Your attention gets pulled into your work, your family and friends, and your worldly possessions. You face deadlines, drama, and decluttering projects. A growing backlog of tasks, bills, and repeat events seems endless.

Through meditation, you create time and space needed to sit with yourself and your thoughts.
